We’re a small-town grocery that has been hometown owned and operated since 1956 store based in Salisbury, Missouri, where we’ve seen firsthand how many people in our community are affected by Alpha-Gal Syndrome. After hearing stories of people having to give up their favorite foods, we got to work—testing and perfecting brat flavors that are completely Alpha Gal–friendly. What started as a local solution quickly grew into something bigger. Now, we’re proud to share our brats with the entire Alpha Gal community, so more people can enjoy bold, delicious flavors without the worry.
